The 24th Summit of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America-People’s Trade Treaty (ALBA-TCP) convened in Caracas, Venezuela, on December 14, 2024, marking the 20th anniversary of the organization’s founding.
This summit was particularly significant as it coincided with the Bicentennial of the Battle of Ayacucho, a pivotal event in Latin American history that occurred on December 9, 1824.
